Solwers Plc's Annual General Meeting 2024
The shareholders of Solwers Plc will be invited to the Annual General Meeting, held on 25 April at 10 a.m. [EEST] at Meeting Park Oasis, Itämerenkatu 14, 00180 Helsinki (entrance at Selkämerenkuja 1). The reception of those who have registered for the meeting and distribution of ballot papers will start on 9:30 a.m. at the meeting venue. It is possible to follow the meeting online without voting opportunity.
Shareholders can also exercise their voting rights by voting in advance for certain matters of the Annual General Meeting in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 16, subsection 4 of the Limited Liability Companies Act. Instructions for advance voting are given in the invitation.
