ELE Engineering AB appoints Anna Wahlberg as the new Managing Director, effective October 1, 2025.
Anna Wahlberg, who joined ELE in 2019, has been working as the Unit Manager in Borlänge. Over the past years, Anna has held various leadership positions such as the Consulting Manager role at Manpower and Business Area Manager at Lundin & Boström HR. She holds a master’s degree in business administration, with a focus on leadership, marketing and business organisations.
ELE Engineering AB employs around 60 experts in Västerås, Borlänge, and Sundsvall. The company’s business areas include electric power and energy, industry, real estate, technical information, and QEHS/HMSK. The key clients include SSAB, Hitachi, Koncar KET Filial, Örebroporten, and ABB. The revenue in 2024 was SEK 73 million.

The current Managing Director, Lars Nordekvist, has decided to continue his career outside the company.
“We would like to thank Lars for his commitment and leadership over the past six years. During this time, Lars has been a key figure in ELE’s development and structural growth, particularly through his work on certifying the business according to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. He has also played a central role in integrating ELE into the Solwers Group. We wish Lars all the best in the future,” Sebbas says.
