Several Solwers companies are included in the framework agreement for expert services signed with the national transmission grid company Fingrid Oyj. The agreement extends to years 2024-2028.
As part of the agreement, the main consultant will be Finnmap Infra, a subsidiary of Solwers. They will be supported by the group’s Swedish subsidiary, ELE Engineering, as a subcontractor. Key personnel from both organizations have been named in the proposal. The scope of the framework agreement includes electrical substation design, infrastructure design for substation projects as well as environmental and ecological surveys for the power transmission network.
Additionally, the framework agreement includes separate contracts with Insinööritoimisto Pontek, responsible for electrical substation building design, and Geounion, responsible for soil investigations. Inmeco Rakennuskonsultit was approved as a supplier of supervision services for grid construction projects. All companies are part of the Solwers group.
