Therese Odelius, B.Sc. Engineering, has been appointed as Managing Director of Falk Construction Management AB (Falk CM) effective January 1, 2025. Odelius has served as the Deputy Managing Director since the Autumn 2024 and has been with the company since 2014. Prior to her current role, Odelius worked as a Project Manager and Controller in accordance with the Swedish PBA.
Falk CM was founded in 2009 in Stockholm, Sweden. It currently employs 13 people and several sub-consultants. The company offers a comprehensive approach to construction project management, including project planning, construction management, and control in accordance with the Swedish Planning and Building Act. They ensure property owners and tenants a total commitment to function, time and finances throughout the entire project lifecycle. Falk CM joined Solwers in 2021.
The current Managing Director, Ola Gustafsson, and Deputy Managing Director, Mattias Mattson, will be stepping down from their leadership positions and pursuing their careers outside the company after the transition period.
