Sofia Korvenmäki (LL.M.) has been appointed as the Legal Counsel for the Solwers Group on August 14, 2024. In her role, she is responsible for legal support to Solwers companies, legal matters related to sustainability and development of corporate governance. Sofia reports to the company’s General Counsel and the Secretary for the Board, Olli Kuusi.
Previously, Sofia has worked as a business support lawyer at Korkia Renewables, assisting in legal matters for subsidiaries, and at Ernst & Young in the corporate law team.
