Solwers updates its disclosure policy
Solwers Plc has updated its disclosure policy. The policy describes the key principles and practices according to which the company communicates with the capital markets.
According to the updated disclosure policy, the languages used by the company in investor communications are Finnish and English. Previously, the company has published its company releases only in Finnish.
Solwers Plc's Board of Directors approved the updated disclosure policy on 1 March 2022, and it will enter into force on 15 March 2022. The disclosure policy is available on the company's website at solwers.fi/en/for-investors/disclosure-policy/.
