Accado Oy, a financial management company part of Solwers Plc, has appointed Taija Heittola as the company’s Managing Director. Heittola will start in her position on 8 September 2026.

Heittola has more than 20 years of diverse experience in financial administration, expert work, and business management and development in auditing, private equity and sustainability. She joins Accado from Greenstep Oy, where she has worked as Partner, CFO Services in fund services. Previously, Heittola was responsible for the operational functions of Vaaka Partners’ fund administration and for developing its sustainability strategy. She has also worked as Financial Controller at American Express Global Business Travel and as an auditor at PwC. For several years, she has been actively involved in the Finnish Venture Capital Association’s (FVCA) working groups focusing on sustainability and sustainable finance.

Accado’s founder and long-standing Managing Director Mikael Donner will continue with the company at least during the onboarding phase to ensure a smooth transition. Solwers and Accado thank Donner for his significant contribution to Accado’s development as Managing Director.
Accado Oy is a Finnish financial management company founded in 2010. It provides its customers with comprehensive and tailored solutions, particularly in financial administration, payroll and human resources management, supporting businesses at all stages. Accado employs more than ten financial administration professionals, and its revenue in 2025 was approximately EUR 1.4 million. The company joined the Solwers Group in 2017.
