VP and Senior Consultant of TCG Nordic AB, Ulf Karlsson, will start steering the company as Managing Director from April onwards.
Founded in 2016 in Stockholm, Transport Consultancy Group Nordic AB specializes in transport and rail consultancy. The service offering includes project management, quality management, documentation management, delivery assurance, and digital inspection software. The company employs 15 professionals and had a revenue of around SEK 24 million in 2024. Some of the key clients include SJ, Stockholms Lokaltrafik, Transitio, and Green Cargo. The company joined Solwers group in 2023.
Ulf Karlsson, also a co-founder of TCG Nordic, has an extensive background in various leadership and specialist roles. He has over 25 years of experience in international business with a focus on quality management within the manufacturing industry. For the past decade, he has worked on large public procurement and realization of rolling stock procurement projects with a value in the range of EUR 500-800 million.

The current Managing Director, Kristoffer Oebius, has decided to move on to new challenges outside the company after ensuring a smooth transition period.
