After more than ten years with Maya Iwdal as Managing Director, Dreem Arkitekter AB is now entering a new phase. Starting in September, Maya will hand over the reins to Klas Rosin, who has been a key figure in the company for several years.
Klas is an educated Building Engineer and has been with Dreem since 2019. In recent years, he has served as Office Manager and played a central role in the company’s development and project management. He now steps into the Managing Director role at a time when the industry is undergoing change – but also filled with opportunity.
“This is a challenging time for the architecture industry, but we strongly believe in our broad expertise, our high quality, and our cutting-edge skills – particularly within analysis and digital tools. By combining curiosity and dedication with close collaboration with our clients, we create added value for both developers and users. It also feels reassuring to have Maya remain with the company and bring all her experience,” says Klas Rosin.
Dreem Arkitekter AB was founded in 2014 and is now part of the Solwers Group. Since its establishment, the company has worked across the full spectrum of architecture and has built a strong team with experience in both small and large-scale projects.
Maya Iwdal will remain involved in the company as a Senior Advisor and Lead Architect on selected projects.
“It has been a fantastic experience to lead Dreem through our first ten years. Now it feels right to hand over to Klas and the Dreem team, who possess both the experience and the expertise,” says Maya Iwdal.
