Magnus Sundling will start as Managing Director of Licab in September 2025.
Magnus Sundling is a civil engineer, graduated from Luleå University of Technology. He began his career at Banverket (now Trafikverket) and has worked for several local consulting firms over the years. In 2012, he co-founded the Norwegian Reinertsens business in Luleå. Since 2020, he has been a partner and CEO of A-metodik Infra AB. Now he is set to move into the leadership of a larger company.
“I have always seen Licab as an exciting company that does very good projects and has skilled employees. I feel that Licab has sound values, which I can relate to. Even when I have been steering companies in the past, it will be different to step into a company with about 70 employees. Now I first want to get to know everyone who works here, learn the company and understand the culture. The strategy is for the company to continue growing and have good results,” he says.
Peder Selberg and Andreas Andersson, founders of Licab, have followed Magnus’s career and are pleased that he accepted the role of Managing Director.
“Magnus has a good reputation among customers and delivers on the assignments he works on. We believe he will fit in well here at Licab and we have noticed throughout the process that he embodies much of what we stand for. We warmly welcome him on board, says Peder Selberg,” Managing Director.
