Antti Ala-Jaakkola, M.Sc. (Economics), has joined Solwers as the Group Controller on September 2, 2024. In his role, he is responsible for coordinating the external accounting of the group and developing processes and systems. Additionally, Antti participates in financial reporting. Antti reports to the Group CFO, Teemu Kraus.
Antti joined Solwers from European Directories Group, a portfolio company of Triton Partners, where he served as the Group Finance Director (2018-2024), with a primary focus on internal and external accounting and treasury. He has previous experience in consulting on group accounting for both private equity-owned companies and listed companies.
