Solwers Plc: publication of 2022 Financial Statements postponed
Solwers Plc will postpone the publication of the Annual Report, Financial Statements, and Auditor's Report for 2022. The new publication date is 31 March 2023 instead of 24 March 2023 as previously announced.
CFO Roger Lindqvist is on indefinite sick leave due to a sudden illness, and Janne Mäntyranta, M.Sc.Econ., Finance Director of Solwers Finland, is acting as his deputy.
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place on 21 April 2023 and a separate invitation will be sent out at a later date.
